Distillery
The distillery was built in 2002. We distill marc, Mirabelle plums and apples,perfoming the necessary cuts between the heads ,hearts and ties. Reditillation ensures that all negative compounds are eliminated. We make the following brandies:aguardiente of orujo (marc ) and Mirabelle aguardiente.Through maceration we produce coffee , herbs ,the mirabelle as well as coriander liqueurs.

Aguardiente of Orujo (45º proof):a brandy made from a especial combination of grape varieties.

Herbs liqueur (38º proof) : Many varieties of spices and aromatic herbs are macerated in aguardiente de Orujo.

Coffee liqueur, (32º proof)result of the maceration of high quality coffee, in aguardiente de Orujo for one month.

Coriander liquor, (32º proof) elaborated with a selection of herbs, macerated in orujo ).
|
Aguardiente of Mirabelle,( 42ºproof):mirabelle plum distillate of mirabelle plumbrandy the stones of which have previously been removed, grow in the O Rosal area.

|
Liqueur of Mirabelle (32º proof ): obtained after maceration of fresh fruits and sugar in Mirabelle brandy for one month.
